Your Responsibilities as a Junior Product Engineer:

Hardware Validation:

• Test and analyze hardware components to ensure quality and performance.
• Develop and execute validation procedures for new and existing products.
• Document test results and provide recommendations for improvements.

Supplier Selection:

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on technical and commercial criteria.
• Maintain communication with suppliers to ensure optimal collaboration.

Building Test Setups:

• Design and build setups for testing hardware and integrations.
• Configure devices and optimize testing procedures.

Exploring New Solutions:

• Research and propose innovative hardware and software solutions.
• Stay ahead of market trends and technological developments.

Technical Lead:

• Oversee technical aspects of cables, black boxes, and badge readers.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for the team and organization.
• Guide colleagues and stakeholders in technical implementations.

Do You Recognize Yourself in This Profile?

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, electronics, electromechanics, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about hardware with a keen interest in IoT solutions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; professional knowledge of French is a plus.
• Eager to contribute to the development of industry-leading products.
• Keeps up with market trends and participates in regular training (via Suivo Academy).
