To accelerate our growth in the Netherlands, we are looking for a commercial talent. Are you a driven pioneer with a keen eye for opportunities? As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the Dutch market, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers.

Your role

As a Business Development Manager, you will strategically identify growth opportunities in the market. Your focus will be on expanding our customer base and strengthening existing relationships.

  • You map out customer needs and identify new opportunities. With strong persuasion skills, you present the best solutions.
  • You find the right balance between customized and standard solutions, ensuring both customers and internal teams are aligned.
  • You prepare quotations, guide the sales process, and ensure a smooth handover to operational teams.
  • You build strong relationships and position yourself as an expert in Connected Workforce, IoT, and Asset Management.
  • You work with medium-sized and large companies, engaging with IT management, executives, and CIOs at a strategic level.
  • At the start of projects, you collaborate closely with internal teams, such as product management, analysis, and development.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.
  • At least five years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the SaaS sector and with medium to large enterprises.
  • A relevant network in one of our sectors: construction & installation, transport & logistics, or the public sector.
  • Preferably, you live in the southern Netherlands, making it easy to travel to our headquarters in Edegem (Antwerp).
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are results-oriented, work independently, and take initiative.
