Are you commercially driven and enjoy engaging with customers? Are you strong at managing a sales process and converting quotes into orders for existing clients? Then we have an exciting challenge for you!

Suivo offers innovative IoT, planning, asset management, and tracking solutions, and is part of the Geo Square family. Our mission is to connect everything. With our IoT cloud platform and a wide range of trackers, tags, and sensors, we help large enterprises optimize their vehicles, machinery, and employees. This makes planning, managing, and analyzing simple.

Your role:

  • You will be the first point of contact for our small & medium customers, ensuring strong customer relationships and support.
  • You process incoming orders and assist clients in renewing ongoing contracts.
  • For your client portfolio, you actively seek opportunities and identify upsell possibilities to offer additional services or products to existing clients.
  • You provide administrative and sales support to the account executives and account managers concerning quotes, contracts, etc.
  • You maintain accurate data and information in the CRM system.
  • Together with the sales team, you ensure that monthly targets are met and even exceeded.
  • You prioritize customer service and can serve as a backup for the customer service team.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and an affinity for the ICT sector.
  • Around 3 years of work experience in a commercial role.
  • You are communicative, customer-oriented, and work efficiently.
  • Your commercial drive is contagious: you communicate easily with customers and think in terms of solutions.
  • You know the advantages of working with a CRM system and can use it effectively.
  • You achieve your best results when working as part of a team.
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English, and have a basic knowledge of French.
