About the Job

• As a Functional Analyst, you understand the challenges of modern planning optimisation tools that optimise our customers’ work and planning processes. You are challenged daily by complex software issues and enjoy getting to grips with them.
• Some of your tasks include:
• You analyse and transform our customers’ business questions into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• You talk to different stakeholders and examine with them the different perspectives of a system.
• You support the IT team in translating functional into technical requirements. Without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• You carry out analyses and effortlessly convert them into conceptual models.
• You can quickly think up new interfaces.
• You regularly explore new customer questions. You are pretty good at it too.

That is why you are our dream candidate.

• You have a higher education in IT or geography with a strong interest in software development.
• Links to enterprise systems (ERP, CMS, and DMS) are not a challenge for you.
• You are a functional analyst familiar with integration and configuration of systems.
• You are a motivated team player: creative, flexible, responsible, sense of initiative.
• Taking ownership and responsibility; you take the interests of your customers into account.
• It goes without saying that customer-friendliness and drive are your strengths. You show a flexible working attitude and work thoroughly and accurately.
• You are a communicative, enthusiastic, and helpful person who does not shy away from complex issues.
