Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technology and innovation? As a Sales Representative at Suivo, you help large enterprises optimize the use of their vehicles, machines, and employees through our IoT cloud platform. You identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and position yourself as a thought leader in innovative sectors such as IoT and asset management. With your commercial flair and knowledge of B2B solutions, you play a key role in expanding our customer base.

Your Role

  • Analyzing customer needs and identifying opportunities: You research and understand the needs of both new and existing customers and offer solutions that perfectly align with their business goals.
  • Targeting and prospecting: You focus on large and medium-sized companies across various sectors and actively seek new opportunities, both through cold prospecting and by leveraging existing partnerships and networks.
  • Relationship management and thought leadership: You build strong, trusted relationships with customers and position yourself as a thought leader in innovative fields such as IoT, Connected Workers, and Asset Management.
  • Proposal management and collaboration: You are responsible for drafting, presenting, and closing proposals, and ensure a smooth handover to the executing teams within the organization.
  • Lead generation and pipeline management: You develop and maintain a solid sales funnel using modern prospecting tools like social media, and manage the growth of the customer base.
  • Participation in events and networking: You actively participate in (online) trade fairs, networking events, and webinars to promote the company and discover sales opportunities.
  • Reporting and collaboration with internal teams: You report timely on sales performance, opportunities, and pipeline via the CRM system. You work closely with the marketing team, operations team, and development team to achieve commercial goals.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, ideally within IT, mobility, or software
  • Skilled in pitching complex B2B solutions
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with professional knowledge of French being a plus
  • Able to independently build a network in various sectors such as construction, logistics, government, and IT (mobile workforce management)
  • Regularly consults with your sales colleagues to discuss ongoing projects and creative solutions and ideas
  • Familiar with CRM tools and new technologies
  • Stays up to date with market changes and regularly pursues further training (via Suivo Academy)
