We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse & Manufacturing Manager to lead our daily operations at our R&D site in Edegem. In this key role, you will ensure efficient logistics and production processes, oversee product assembly, and manage our material management software.

Suivo has its own R&D lab with hardware production, assembly, commissioning, and installation services. Additionally, we have our own software development team, which enables us to create and implement end-to-end solutions.

Where can you find us? Our headquarters and R&D lab are located in Edegem.

Your Job Description
As a Warehouse & Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee the daily operational activities at our R&D site. You will contribute to the efficient functioning of our logistics and production processes.

Your Responsibilities:
• You coordinate the assembly of products such as black boxes, site poles, and batteries, ensuring all components are assembled on time and according to the correct quality standards so that deliveries run smoothly.
• You oversee production processes like 3D printing, casting, and cable assembly, stepping in when needed.
• You are responsible for handling return materials and provide 3rd line hardware support.
• You manage our material management software, using Distri and MS Navision to monitor stock levels and ensure all materials are available on time.
• You lead a team with members working both on-site and in the field.
• You report to the COO.

What We Expect from You:
• A higher education in a technical field (bachelor, engineer, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse management, material handling, and logistics processes.
• Understanding of hardware electronics.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize.
• A team player with a hands-on mentality, who communicates easily with both internal and external stakeholders.
