Your responsibilities as a Business Developer:

• Analyzing customer needs and identifying opportunities by understanding the challenges of both new and existing clients and offering suitable solutions.
• Actively prospecting new customers and leveraging existing networks within medium-sized and large companies across various industries.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, positioning yourself as an expert in IoT, Connected Workers, and Asset Management.
• Managing the entire sales process, from drafting offers and giving presentations to closing deals and handing them over to internal teams.
• Generating leads and maintaining a strong sales funnel using modern prospecting tools and social media.
• Representing Suivo at (online) trade fairs, networking events, and webinars to create sales opportunities.
• Reporting sales performance and pipeline via the CRM system and collaborating with marketing, operations, and development to achieve commercial goals.

Our ideal Business Developer:

• Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Has 1 to 2 years of experience in a challenging commercial role, preferably in the IT or software sector.
• Has a passion for sales and excels in detecting new opportunities.
• Has a strong interest in hardware and software.
• Has excellent knowledge of Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Is driven, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
• Stays up to date with market changes and engages in continuous learning.
