Asset Management is more than vehicle tracking
The Suivo IoT Cloud Platform keeps track of any asset you want it to track. From small consumables to powered assets all over the world. We locate and inventory your vehicles, machinery, containers, and tools. We also manage their availability, inspection status, or maintenance needs, as well as your employees’ time and attendance registration. Our future-proof platform can handle it all.
Multiple data sources feed our Asset Management solution
The strength of the Suivo offer is that our cloud platform is fed with data from three different sources:
• Suivo hardware
All trackers, tags, and sensors we develop can register information from the asset you choose to install it on. Where is the asset located, in which warehouse or truck? How many screwdrivers are in whose van? Etc.
• Suivo mobile apps
The Suivo Starter App to enroll your assets, Suivo Worker to manage them, or Check-in-at-work for site attendance and automatic RSZ registration. All these apps provide us with valuable data that enrich our Asset Management offer. And we are developing more and more apps. By the end of June, our Timesheet App will be available. In September, we launch the Eco-driving App, for real-time info on driving behavior.
• Third-party clouds
Another way to collect data is to integrate with cloud platforms of third parties, such as automobile manufacturers. Their “smart” trucks automatically transmit location data or info about the oil level. Our IoT Cloud Platform gathers such data from third-party clouds to offer it centralized to our clients.
Hybrid and 100% integrable
We believe in open platforms and a hybrid approach to client service. The days of “island mentality” are over. In addition to our core product, and as part of the Geo Square group, we also offer integration and implementation services, project management support, etc. Moreover, our clients can link freely with other parties (e.g. inspection bodies) through our fully documented API.
