In the role of Customer Service Representative, helping and advising our customers is key. Together with our team, we strive to provide our customers with a “first-class support experience.”

With our IoT cloud platform and a wide range of trackers, tags, and sensors, we help large companies to optimally utilize their vehicles, machines, and employees. We make planning, managing, and analyzing easy.

 

Your role as a Customer Service Representative:

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond quickly and adequately to customer questions and issues, and assist in solving software and hardware problems.
  • You will register daily tickets in the ticket system and handle existing tickets.
  • You will perform a primary analysis of reported questions/faults, and if necessary, escalate them to other colleagues.
  • Maintain contact with the customer until the issue is resolved.
  • Document the provided solutions in a FAQ.
  • Report recurring issues so that we can devise more structural solutions.
  • Manage and assign software licenses to new customers.

 

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

You have a bachelor’s degree and an affinity with the ICT sector. 

  • About 2 years of experience in a commercial support role.
  • You are communicative, customer-oriented, and work efficiently.
  • You can speak fluently with customers and think in terms of good solutions.
  • You know the advantage of working with a CRM system and can use it actively.
  • You achieve the best results through teamwork.
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, English, and have basic knowledge of French.
